     Durel F Barrett was born circa 1859 at Georgia.1 He was the son of George W Barrett and Nancy Green Treadaway.1

On 3 July 1860 Durel F Barrett was enumerated in the household of George W Barrett on the 1860 U. S. census for Elyton Post Office, Woods Precinct, Jefferson County, Alabama as Durel F Barret, 1 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were Nancy Green Treadaway, Sarah Anne Barrett, Emiline Barrett, John Barrett, Martha Barrett, George W Barrett, Aaron Hezekiah Barrett, Benjamin Barrett and David Barrett.1

Durel F Barrett died before 1870. Durel is not on 1870 Census.2
